We are looking for a Head Barista, to join our team
Job Responsibilities
Lead coffee operations and ensure consistent beverage quality.
Train and mentor baristas on brewing techniques and service.
Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the bar area.
Innovate and introduce seasonal or signature coffee creations.
Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies.
Engage with guests to enhance their coffee experience.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Support overall Lobby Lounge operations when needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of barista experience, with leadership exposure.
Deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Passion for coffee and guest service excellence.
Familiarity with barista equipment maintenance.
Ability to train and inspire junior staff.
Flexible with shifts and public holidays.
Basic English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
