Quantified Energy Labs is a deep-tech startup from Singapore offering end-to-end aerial digital solutions for solar photovoltaic (PV) asset lifecycle management.

We are growing rapidly and is looking for passionate individual to join us. You will be responsible for the safety of our drone operations and the following:

- Maintain company’s fleet of UAV/drones and pilots, including:

- Maintain and update the UAV Operations Manual, maintenance log, flight log, etc.
- Carry out drones and associated payload maintenance.
- Keeping the fleet ready for flight tests, troubleshooting, and debugging drone systems in the office and out in the field.
- Training of new pilots to familiarize with company’s payload, inspection workflow, etc.
- Head the drone operations, including:

- Develop Methods Statements and risk assessment for different projects according to client’s requirements.
- Defining and validating Standard Operating Procedures while carrying out safety reviews.
- Head the drone field inspection, including travel to different countries as needed.
- Ensuring drone activities overseas comply with the local regulations
- Handle logistic required for carrying out drone activities in different countries, for example transportation, custom clearance, etc.
- Participate in the hardware development for our next generation product development

- Engineering background and familiarity with drone related flight systems, telemetry, and associated control devices
- Strong understanding of the local drone laws and regulations
- Experience in integrating, operating, and tuning autopilots on a variety of UAVs
- Basic knowledge of electrical test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope) and UAV sensors
- Ability to work hands-on with electro-mechanical systems including soldering, assembly, disassembly, testing, and troubleshooting
- Experience in technical documentation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and delegate
