Drone Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Drone Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fly diverse drone systems for various applications, including manual and automated piloting.
  • Operate drones safely and responsibly, adhering to regulatory guidelines and best practices.
  • Set up and execute complex aerial operations, such as facade inspections, landscape surveying, and 3D modeling.
  • Handle ground operations, pre-flight, post-flight, and routine maintenance of drone systems, as well as install ground-based infrastructure.
  • Evaluate risks associated with drone operations and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain in-house and client drones, ensuring they are properly calibrated and serviced.
  • Improve current operations SOP for drones, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Drive data collection using ground sensors, analyzing and interpreting results to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Polytechnic diploma in engineering-related disciplines preferred, but not required.
  • Candidates with no experience may apply, provided they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Availability to work on weekends on an ad-hoc basis is necessary, as is a willingness to perform outdoor work in varied weather conditions.
