Responsibilities for Analyst Role in a Singapore based Single Family Office (SFO)

**Company Profile Description**:
GMC is a Singapore based Singapore family office (SFO). One of the key investment focuses is selecting top money managers around the globe.

- Perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on relative markets
- Create clear and useful reports and recommendations for organizational use
- Communicate with banks, brokers, and fund management team for in-depth research and analysis to assist portfolio manager to select underlying funds globally
- Communicate with fund administration and lawyers to cross-check on accuracy of fund NAV calculation and regulation updates
- Collecting, interpreting and organizing data to build investment models on a daily basis
- Advanced speaking and report-writing skills for effective communication
- Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy
- Update and maintain investment database, including tracking on trades, cashflow, loan arrangement and payments, etc
- Conduct account maintenance inclusive timely report on P&L.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in science or finance, preferable with 2 to 3 years financial analytical (fresh grade also welcome) or banking assistant experience, with investment product knowledge and experience
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and meticulous
- Skills in Python, Machine learning and R will be plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage

**Compensation and Benefit**:
The salary will be highly in line with industry standard, and the firm will have a discretionary bonus up to 6-12 months of base salary. The company may also offer Asian geographic location rotation plan for training purpose and team building purpose.
