**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of retail banking products, including deposits, loans, cards, and digital banking solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
- Define product roadmaps, strategies, and go-to-market plans to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in retail banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, digital banking trends, and customer behavior.
- Proven track record of managing product development, launch, and lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product development is a plus.
