DESIGNATION : Product Manager (ecommerce - OMS)
RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Enterprise (NE) Digital is currently hiring an Product Manager to join the Digital Business of FairPrice Group.
At FairPrice, we are continuously improving the way people buy their groceries online. As a Product Manager under the Orders Fulfillment & Logistics team (a.k.a OMS team), you will bring your expertise and knowledge to help build and support the order fulfilment flow for our online groceries platform.
You will be reporting to the Product Lead of OMS. Your main goal is to be able to manage different stakeholders from numerous backgrounds in order to build product solutions that focus on delivering best end user experience, optimised business results and high operational efficiency. You will be working under a fast paced environment with agile development methodologies and there is no doubt that you will wear many hats
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with different business and operational teams to understand requirement and write Product Requirements Documents (PRD)
- Partner with our design & engineering team to understand possibilities, technical feasibility and complexity to propose optimised solutions
- Writing respective Jira tickets and follow up with engineers during the process of implementation, quality assurance and launching
- Embark on data-driven approach of monitoring product performance by partnering with Data Engineering & Data Analytics team to build dashboard for key metrics
- Contribute to the development of Product Management best practices; assist roadmap prioritization and project management process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years experience in Product Management or in other position with transferable skills
- Strong analytical acumen (i.e. ability to collect information to make the right decisions at the right time)
- Experience in engineering skills such as SQL or other programming languages is definitely a plus
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams & managing different stakeholders
