Leveraging your analytical skills to examine website performance to constantly refine and improve the user experience and conversion. Drive cross-functional collaborations for timely & transparent website project design & deployments, including but not limited to managing production timelines, highlighting dependencies and risks for all key stakeholders involved.

**What you will be doing**
- Lead, coordinate and manage website roadmap and production, facilitating user acquisition and great user experience
- Research on industry trends, analyze product target groups and their needs
- Develop and maintain project plans for website initiatives managing cross-functional resources, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Lead alignment with stakeholders, including but not limited to engineers and designers on prioritization and changes to the website
- Monitor and analyze site engagement, speed, tracking, and proactively engage members of the team on improvements
- Participate in a cross-functional Growth Squad that spans marketing and product

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of B2B website, product, or project management experience for product-led SaaS company
- Strong Salesforce and Marketing Automation experience
- Analytical acumen and experience using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to report on performance
- Proven program and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing and speaking to a wide range of needs and audiences
- Experience in Sales Operations related domains (payment, invoice, contract, etc.) is preferred
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and effective collaboration with global teams
