**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for **outreach**to our partners network
- **Proactively reach out to potential partners**through cold calls and other outreach methods to introduce our organization and partnership opportunities.
- **Articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively**to secure interest and schedule follow-up discussions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, nurturing relationships from initial contact to setting an appointment.
- **Possess the tenacity to handle rejections**and maintain a positive attitude, continuously refining your approach for better results.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of interested partners and provide necessary support.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and partnership development efforts.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficient and fluent in English, both written and verbal,**with excellent articulation skills.
- **Quick thinking and adaptable,**able to tailor your pitch and respond effectively to various scenarios during cold calls.
- **Possess the tenacity to handle rejections**and remain persistent in achieving outreach goals.
- **Friendly, warm, and passionate**about making new connections and expanding our network.
- **Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus,**but not essential. We welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a desire to contribute directly to organizational growth.
