**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare full sets of accounts (AP / AR / GL) for multiple entities and monthly closing
- Prepare monthly group consolidation, schedules and reporting package to head office and Trustee
- Perform variance analysis / commentary for monthly and year-to-date results comparing to budget and prior year results
- Assist in preparation of financial reports
- Prepare presentation materials (i.e. reports and presentation slides) for quarterly board meetings and head office’s management meetings
- Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting exercise
- Prepare interim / audited financial statements
- Prepare XBRL filing
- Involve in annual internal and external audit and able to liaise with tax agents and bankers
- Assist in system implementation with a strong focus on the Consolidation Module
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant accounting and / or audit experiences in a similar position
- Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in system implementation will be advantageous
- Well organized, able to multi-task, meticulous and with eyes for details
- Able to work independently and as a team
