Plan, manage, and oversee marine project works in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vessel operators and internal teams for efficient project execution.
- Manage projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and progress control.
- Monitor project progress, report site issues, and recommend solutions for technical challenges.
- Review technical drawings, layout plans, and construction documentation using AutoCAD.
- Liaise with marine vessel operators, including TSHD crews, for coordination of dredging and material transport operations.Ensure compliance with all relevant project specifications, requirements and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in civil works, preferably in marine and reclamation projects.
- Experience in marine projects including dredging, soil improvement, sand mapping and marine construction.
- Knowledge in geotechnical engineering principles, including soil mechanics, foundation design, and ground improvement methods.
- Familiarity with Trailer Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) operations will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing a small team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and coordination abilities.
