Singapore FUJIFILM ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Full time

He / She will ensure compliance to internal control procedures & accounting policies for accounts receivables (AR). This will include verification of AR collection, processing data entries, reconciliation of customer’s Statement of Account (SOA) and validation of transaction(s) in a timely manner.

**KEY TASKS**:
Assist GL Accountant/ Managers in month-end closing and preparation for monthly and quarterly HQ reporting, including but not limited to:

- Execute various month-end closing tasks, such as holding company reporting, not limited to those within the SAP system;
- Verify the accuracy of incoming collection(s) from banking transaction(s) and incoming LC arrangements;
- Maintain timely and accurate input of information (daily collections, transactions credit notes received, etc) in the SAP system;
- Ensure that collection receipt(s) against system record(s) are properly off-set;
- Perform re-charge invoices from/to inter-companies or holding companies;
- Perform monthly intercompany Account Receivables (AR), reconciliation SOA with subsidiaries and customers;
- Maintain master file(s) of vendors and annual credit limit assessment(s);
- Assist with monthly audit schedules and other annual audit matters
- Any ad-hoc assignments assigned by the superior within reason

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in AR
- Meticulous, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to tight deadlines
- Team player
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Adaptable, resilient and possess a positive learning attitude
