The Event Management Executive will take part in a complete events experience as you lead every facet of the programme’s journey. You will have sole responsibility for a project, or part responsibility for a larger project, from brief to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define project scope, strategically allocate resources, and manage budgets to promote collaboration and ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead the planning, organisation, and execution of all client-facing events to enhance engagement and strengthen relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Supervise all logístical aspects before and after events, including venue arrangements, managing invitations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and overseeing inventory.
- Develop and maintain detailed event timelines to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PSO to ensure clear communication, streamline coordination, and drive seamless execution throughout all project phases.

**Role Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**:_
- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.
- **Eligibility**:_
- Singapore Citizens are preferred.
- **Work Hours**:_
- Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- **Key Skills & Traits**:_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
