Compmed Pte. Ltd. is established in year 2020 and we work closely with public healthcare institutions to offers compression hoisery to patients and public who suffers from chronic venous insufficiency.
Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) is a progressive disease that occurs when the walls of the veins weaken, making it difficult for the body to pump oxygen-depleted blood back to the heart. CVI usually affects the blood vessels in the legs, causing fluids to pool and resulting in pain, swelling, and other symptoms.
As a patient care specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compression hoisery to patients based on doctor's prescription based on the daily schedule. You will be responsible to provide guidance to patients on how to use and take care of compression hoisery.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and deliver compression hoisery to patients based on doctor's prescription
- Provide clinical guidance to patients on how to wear and take care of compression hoisery
- Share clinical informaiton on CVI should patient ask or request information about it
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in customer handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver license, this role requires travelling daily within Singapore to meet patients
