**What the Role Entails**:
Position Overview

**Responsibilities**
- Verify, process, and record supplier invoices with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Support vendor payment scheduling, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Assist in preparing audit-related documentation and support internal control and compliance activities.
- Use Python and Tableau to build and maintain interactive dashboards that track and visualize AP metrics for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and support process automation.
- Participate in team discussions and projects, demonstrating strong communication and a self-driven approach to problem-solving.

**Who We Look For**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- **Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship starting from April 2025**.
- Proficient in Python for data analysis and Tableau dashboard creation; Excel skills are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude—experience in student leadership or project teams is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin is essential for liaising with China-based stakeholders and handling bilingual documentation effectively.
