**Job Summary**

Job Title: Operations Analyst

Department: Operations

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer

This position reports to the COO, the main role is to ensure the accuracy of the Portfolio Management System which is the backbone of the firm’s processes.

Covenant Capital is a firm with a vision to be a catalyst for change in the wealth management industry, realigning investment professionals back to the core role of stewardship of client assets.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all transactions are entered into the portfolio management system accurately and perform reconciliation with the custodian banks’ records and be the key person in charge of maintaining the system.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders in the firm to ensure the accuracy of the data in the system
- To assist in populating factsheets and marketing decks
- To streamline the existing process to achieve higher efficiency
- To assist with resolving simple IT issues before escalating to the Company's outsource IT partners
- To be the cyber security ambassador of the firm
- To assist with Ad-hoc projects

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar
- Fresh graduates are welcome too
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build an effective working relationship
- Financial Instruments knowledge will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Zoom
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Bloomberg and coding will be appreciated
