Xsquared Family Office is a Singapore-based family office. We are planning to expand our team to strengthen global investment coverage across multiple asset classes, with a focus on public equities. This position will be based in our Singapore office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Portfolio Manager in conducting in-depth equity research, including fundamental and comparative analysis.
- Coverage may extend to other asset classes such as bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds, or crypto-related investments.
- Consolidate investment ideas from multiple sources, including sell-side research, bank representatives, and market intelligence.
- Prepare investment memos and research reports for internal review and decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with Portfolio Managers and internal stakeholders to communicate research findings and support decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must be legally authorised to work in Singapore without the need for VISA sponsorship.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a MAS licensed financial institution (e.g. investment bank or asset manager), with prior exposure to buy-side equity research is a MUST. Prior involvement in regulated roles will be a plus.
- Solid academic background, preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines.
- Progress toward or completion of a CFA charter or other relevant professional qualifications is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to contribute to investment decisions.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential as the role involves liaison with Mandarin-speaking clients or stakeholders.
- Energetic, flexible, and intellectually curious, with a strong interest in global financial markets and an openness to exploring new ideas
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
