**Job Scope**:

- Manage and maintain all major online sales platforms, including company websites, marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada), and other e-commerce channels.
- Oversee and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct live selling sessions to promote products and increase sales.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, consumer engagement, and social media metrics to improve strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends and social media platform updates to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and online events.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing social media content and online platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and live presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for engaging content.
- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under mínimal supervision.
