**Job Description**:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Setup and Operate machine of CNC Mill, EDM, Wire Cut, Conventional Mill, Grinding machines as assigned.
- Plastic injection mould inserts, jig / fixtures according and meeting drawing specifications and supports section department on tooling requirements.
- Ensure all in-house quality standards are met and completed on time.
- Perform in-process inspection during all stages based on job duties of fabrication per department quality standards and procedures.
- Support and prioritize urgent job requirements as and when required.
- Maintain housekeeping and adhere to safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support and prioritize urgent requirements beyond call of duties (over-time).
- Provide feedback of staff performance to the Toolroom superintendent, senior supervisor or supervisor.
- Ensure all tooling inspection equipment’s are maintained and calibrated under Quality Management System procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**EDUCATION**:

- Min. N / O level or any technical qualification in Precision Machining.
- NTC 3 or NTC 2 in Tool and Die Making or Precision Machining.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Self-motivated and good attitude toward superior instruction.
- Detail oriented & proven ability to achieve goals.
- Comfortable to work at West area, Jurong.
- 5 days work week.
