The Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence for our virtual restaurant partners. The analyst would support & manage all aspects of fulfilment partner’s day-to-day operational matters, ensure to track all issues and seek to resolve in timely manner to avoid any operation barriers and enhance current or implement new ways of problem-solving techniques for continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all requests to amend details on delivery aggregator’s backend system; e.g. operation hours, menu management, pricing & promotion updates and etc
- Manage all incoming refund requests; to validate with the partners & communicate with delivery aggregators
- Menu management of all current menu, new menu & LTO; upload and update to ensure accuracy of details to avoid any discrepancy
- Maintain database of all changes past & upcoming as source of truth
- Update & maintain all training database
- Collaborate with other departments to seek to resolve any issues at the
shortest time
- Others ad-hoc task as assigned by department head

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years in administration or operations role
- Self-directed, incredibly well-organized individual with a proven ability to work

independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail orientated, meticulous and timely
- Problem-solving mindset
- Experience and knowledge of food delivery platforms (Grab, foodpanda, Deliveroo) or in F&B companies is an advantage
- Excellent on GSuite and Microsoft Office
