**Operations Executive/Manager
**Who we're looking for**

We are looking for an Operations Executive/Manager to join our rapidly growing local Technological Company.

You will be the person making daily operations tick like clockwork between the Logistics Team, Engineering Team, IT, Finance and Sales Team.

We require someone who can interact effectively with the various department’s stakeholder to organise resources within the Company to meet immediate, intermediate and long-term needs.

**What you’ll do**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure both internal and external stakeholders’ needs are fulfilled;
- Coordinate with various teams to plan for intermediate and long-term operational needs
- Review and update procedures, implement improvements and enforce stringent controls;
- Contribute to Company and Department initiatives and projects;
- Be a mentor and leader to your team; and
- Business partnering to other Department’s HOD

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**
- Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in Operational Management, which includes Logistical and Inventory Management;
- Sufficient understanding of ISO 9001:2015, COSO or similar Internal Control in order to set up and/or improve Standard operating Procedures;
- Experiences or interests in an operations role in a Technology or Growth Stage company;
- Able to maintain a collaborative and open attitude that encourages continued high levels of interaction with all internal and external clients;
- Effective communication, coordination and internal client-facing skills;
- Strong analytical, organisational skills and attention to detail; and
- Strong project and process management skills.
