**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with business team to develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and forecasts
- Maintain and improve our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and completeness
- Create and update sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Support the sales team with proposal development and contract management
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the sales process, and propose solutions for improvement
- Research and evaluate new sales tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance our sales performance and efficiency

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Must-Have:

- Motivated by driving Sales Operations in the tech industry, ideally in a tech consultancy with experience across Singapore, Australia and SEA
- Solutions oriented and strategic with an desire to use technology for automation
- Proficient in pulling and interpreting data, and distilling insights using analytics tools to evaluate Sales performance, ideally familiar with HubSpot, LinkedIn and Sales Prospection tools
- Highly collaborative and works well in a diverse environment, ideally having experience working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you are known for being able to convince and build trust and responses naturally
- Robust skills in engaging others and articulating ideas clearly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to assist in crafting compelling content and collaborating across teams

**Should-Have**:

- Minimum 2 years of working in Sales Operations
- A solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and business principles is essential.
- Familiarity with key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue forecasts, is important.
- Strong Analytical and Reporting skills are essential
- Highly motivated win mentality
- Highly capable of managing time and tasks independently
- Skilled at autonomous decision-making within a given framework and offering guidance to team members from various functions.
