
Sales Operations Coordinator

You will play a key role in ensuring sales processes run smoothly, handling customer inquiries, coordinating across departments, and maintaining accurate sales data. You will also work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic and innovative company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team with operational tasks and customer follow-ups
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and manage sales data, performance metrics, and dashboards
- Generate reports to support strategic sales decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, product, and finance
- Ensure data accuracy in CRM and other sales tools
- Assist in improving internal sales processes and workflow efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficient in multi-tasking and time management
- Comfortable working collaboratively across departments
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous
- Motivated, organized, and eager to grow within a startup environment
