Singapore CALC Management (SG) PTE. Limited Full time

Ensure general contract compliance;
- Transactional support: assist to check/prepare/manage collections and satisfaction of Conditions Precedent (CPs) and Conditions Subsequent (CSs) and ensure that delivery of aircraft takes place in compliance with agreements. (e.g. delivery documents such as AWA, EWA and etc.);
- Assist to prepare documents (e.g. NDA, service agreements to aircraft SPA, engine assignments and etc.);
- Liaise with different departments (e.g. Marketing, Engineering, Company Secretary) and external local counsel and corporate services providers (Irish/Maltese/Labuan and others) to ensure the complete execution of LOI/lease agreement/amendment agreements to aircraft SPA, etc.;
- Liaise with notary/apostille office and Embassy’s to assist with legalization of transaction documents as required;
- Assist with general compliance across Irish Platform, including AML support;
- Assist to handle ad-hoc legal projects such as novation and termination to agreements;
- Assist to handle invoices (OA system) (e.g. legal invoices, fuel invoices and RVI premium settlement);
- Assist to file transaction documents (for each aircraft delivery) (DMS system upload); and
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Law degree or paralegal qualification (exceptionally, relevant aviation leasing experience will also be considered);
- 3-5 years of prior corporate and/or commercial contract experience; preferably in a law firm, asset management, aircraft leasing or financing industry;
- Understand the impact document terms have on various business areas;
- Knowledge of document management systems;
- Extraordinary attention to details and quality of final product;
- Able to excel in fast paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients;
- English at a very high level in writing as well as orally;
- Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
