**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administration support to the legal team, with a focus on documentation, internal workflows, and contract matters
- Assist in drafting, editing and proofreading various contracts, resolutions, correspondence and legal documents.
- Assist in legal research.
- Administer and maintain databases of legal documents and agreements
- Liaise with other departments, overseas counterparts, and external parties where necessary.
- Other related tasks assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Law or equivalent with up to 3 years' relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Analytical, organised and able to work independently and exercise initiative
- Familiarization with the legal system of Singapore or a common law jurisdiction
- Excellent command in both English and mandarin (daily communications with mandarin-speaking colleagues based in mandarin is required)
