**Position Summary**:
**Job Summary**

**The primary responsibility of this role is to provide our franchise and restaurant owners with operational, training and marketing support that will have a direct impact on the profitability of their coffee business. You will work with franchisees to build sales, improve operations, increase coffee revenues and implement brand initiatives. You are responsible for enforcing brand standards at all time. You will support, teach and coach franchise owners by focusing on operational execution of our business model, hands on training and assistance of new program implementation.**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure each new store opens per its planned date, operational standards and brand reputation
- Support the proper execution of all New Store Opening processes, systems, and standard
- Responsible for the overall in-store roll-out process from start to finish
- Ensure operational standards are followed in each location
- Protect integrity of the brand by teaching and measuring performance in areas including but not limited to product quality, customer service, cleanliness and profitability
- Commit to brand success by being a strong business coach in all areas of sales, profitability and brand standards
- Communicate, train and encourage sales building activities
- Meet or exceed company sales and profit expectations store level while maintaining/exceeding standards in all areas
- Track, monitor and submit verification for completion of key functional tasks and documentation of tasks
- Remain actively involved in any location that is inconsistent with the company vision or expectations
- Assist with information gathering and feedback
- Adhere to all daily paperwork deadlines and daily administrative requirements with opening responsibilities
- Project manage the opening process

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
