**Job Description**:

- Ensure that costs to Company are minimized and that project schedule is maintained.
- Manage the Topsides Package Contractors (EPC and Equipment) and be the main point of contact from Company. Follow-up and monitor Contractor schedule and progress and ensure any deviation is mitigated by corrective action coordinated with YP team.
- Interact with Client as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of the mechanically-complete Topsides Packages in accordance with the legal obligations, contract terms, scope of work, technical requirements and company policy.
- Achieving resolution of problems by coordinating with procurement team, engineering team, construction team and project management team.
- Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging methodology improvements; and absorbing new practices from clients and partners.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting, even when not directly in own area (taking a holistic approach to the project).
- Coordinate discipline issues between client, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties.
- Provide input to weekly/monthly progress reporting and other relevant status information as needed.
- Plan and execute ITP activities at Contractors/sub-contractors fabrication/manufacturing sites including FAT attendance and punch clearance inspections.
- Participate in audits and review processes as necessary
- Interact with non-technical disciplines as required (document control, cost control, planning and etc.).
- Other tasks as requested by Head of Package Managers and the Topsides Delivery Manager.

Job Requirement
- Able to write Technical Reports
- Experience of FPSO projects
- Experienced in delivery of Topsides Packages (+5-years)
- Proven experience of project management

Package Applicable
- Topsides EPC modules: Process, Utilities, Power Generation, Turret, Compression, Manifolds, Pipe Racks, E-House c/w ICSS & EICT and etc.
- Topsides Equipment Package: Gas Turbine Generator, Gas Turbine or Electrical Motor driven Compressors, Water Injection Pumps, Combined Cycle equipment, steam turbine generator, WHRU, Vapour Recovery Compressor, Metering, EICT, engineered items and etc.
