Connect Energy partners with an EPC company specialized in FPSO project to look for the following position to join their project team in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Reports to Topside Delivery Manager
- Be the focal point to lead the team assigned to the package from other companies to manage day to day business issues
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control of assigned packages
- Ensure proper follow through on packages from pre-award phase to system start up as per contractual and project requirements
- Ensure execution of assigned packages is accordance with the consistent with company's HSE standards, quality and specifications
- Establish team work priorities and work with peers and others as necessary when conflicting priorities are identified
- Delegating work accordingly to Company or project priorities and challenges
- Provide contractual and admin support to Project Manager, Topside Delivery Manager and other managers in the Project Management Team (PMT)
- Responsible to resolve any contractors/vendors performance issues
- Variation orders management
- Provide management support for Company Site teams
- Ensure integration of Company free issued equipment into the topsides modules by contractors/vendors
- Ensure contract close out properly.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Able to write contractual and technical reports
- Experience in FPSO projects
- Min. 5 years experience in delivery of FPSO packages
- Knowledge of project tools and software
- Proven record of project management
- 2 years contract

**Package categories are**
- Gas Turbine Generator, Steam Turbine Generator, Gas Turbine, Electrical motor driven compressors, water injection pumps, combined cycle equipment, steam turbine generator, WHRU, Vapour Recovery Compressor, Metering, EICT and engineering items
- Process, Utilities, Power Generation, Turret, Gas compression, Manifold, Pipe Racks, E-House, ISS an EICT
