**JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cell Ministry
- Provide pastoral support & oversight to co-workers involved in Cell Ministry
- Manage the administrative and logístical set-up of Cell Ministry programmes/events (e.g. Zone leaders’ meeting, church wide leaders’ meeting, Cell leaders’ retreat)
- Coordinate with the other committees/ministries of the church in the outreach aspect of their initiatives, especially cell ministry. Cell ministry forms the backbone of our church and most volunteers come from cells.
- Assist in managing the transition of new believers from outreach programmes and initiatives into Church life, especially to join and stay in Cell groups.

Family Life
- Lead and coordinate efforts for Christian education and discipleship of families, with special emphasis on parents (equipping them to disciple their own children)
- Manage the planning and the execution of programs and activities under Family Life Ministry (which include Singles, Men’s Fellowship, Parenting etc.)

Christian Outreach & Social Concerns (COSC)
- Working with the Supervising Pastor, senior PTM and Ministry volunteers, to plan and execute COSC programs and activities, e.g. Tuition Ministry, Active Aging Centre, Chapel Program for Ren Ci Hospital etc.
- Manage the administrative and logístical set-up of COSC programmes/events.
- Assist in other church-wide outreach activities as assigned by Supervisor

**CORE VALUES & ATTITUDES EXPECTED**
- Burden for the lost and passion to reach out to the pre-believers.
- Will work on Sundays and beyond regular work hours and get a weekday/time off.
- Able and willing to work with staff and volunteers, including Supervising Pastor, Senior PTM and Ministry volunteers.
- Teachable and accountable team player.
- Have good interpersonal & communication skills.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/ Degree in Theology/ Divinity or background from TCA College/ Singapore Bible College/ Trinity Theological College. Other related educational qualifications may be considered.
- Experience in Christian outreach and small group leadership roles preferred.
