**Job Summary**
The role involves working with the Pastoral team in the Pastoral Department by coordinating and providing pastoral care aligned to our biblical understanding. As a Pastor of the church, you must have a deep understanding and passion for the beliefs of our church, to work with the Cell Ministry team in ensuring an effective integration process for new people into Cell Communities and in organizing outreach opportunities. You will also be developing and enhancing new and current teaching resources for the Cell Communities and Training & Equipping Classes.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Work with the Pastoral Care team and lay volunteers in the giving of pastoral care.
- Ensure an effective integration process for Cell Communities, from visitors to members.
- Organize outreach opportunities and encourage a culture of evangelism for Cell Communities.
- Work with the Pastoral Training & Equipping team to develop and enhance teaching resources for use at Cell Community and Churchwide levels.
**Skills, qualifications, and experience required**:
- Minimum qualification is a Degree holder (strong preference for those with Theological studies)
- Must possess at least 6 years of experience in pastoring and leading a church and/or bible school
- Strong organisational _and _leadership skills
- Strong written _and _verbal communication skills in the English language
- Must be a good team player
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
