Executive, Supply Chain Management and Operations

**Company Information**

GLC Recycle was established by an experienced team of industry-hardened professionals who have an extensive history of more than 15 years of trading experience in the non-ferrous metals and battery cathode materials industry who are now venturing into battery recycling.

**Main functions and responsibilities**
- **Supply Chain Management**:

- Arrangement of freight shipments with forwarders
- Liaison with freight forwarders and warehouse suppliers
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Tracking and managing of warehouse inventories
- **Operations Management**:

- Issuance of sales/purchase contracts, confirmations, and other documents
- Tracking and proper filing of prepared documentations
- Preparation of operational reports
- **Client Management**:

- Perform client onboarding process, and static data maintenance
- Handle client queries and communications

**Skills/Requirements**
- This role requires proficiency in English and Mandarin both Spoken & Written (as you will be liaising with China-based customers/clients who are only able to communicate in Mandarin)
- Familiarity with incoterms
- Independent, responsive and takes initiative
- Excellent verbal and written skills for communicating with internal/external clients

**Other Information**

- Annual Leave - 15 days and incremental up to 20 days

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
