About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

  • Stock Management:

    You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and managing stocks in our warehouse. This includes checking and recording quantities and condition of incoming and outgoing stocks.

  • Delivery Coordination:

    You will work closely with drivers to coordinate deliveries, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and to the correct location.

  • Customer Satisfaction:

    You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues related to delivery or stock management in a timely and professional manner.

  • Laundry Management:

    You will also be responsible for managing local hotel laundry items inside the factory area, ensuring that they are stored and processed correctly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Relevant work experience in supply chain operations or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

    Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
