Our client is in the real estate industry and backed by a global private equity firm. Due to strategic acquisitions, they are now searching for a Financial Controller to join their growing team. You will be reporting to the CFO, and be involved in a full spectrum of financial duties which includes supporting the management on making strategic financial decisions.

**Job Scope**:

- Manage and provide guidance to a team of finance professionals, ensuring that their professional growth are being fostered.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee the financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise with service providers such as auditors, tax advisors, etc.
- Drive and lead continuous improvement in financial/ system processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or related courses.
- CPA qualified will be preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in financial management with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience working in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong in financial reporting and tax regulations.
- Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
