**Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports to senior management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.

Cash Flow Management:

- Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the company's financial stability.
- Implement effective cash management and treasury strategies.
- Monitor banking activities and relationships.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

Internal Controls:

- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Audit Coordination:

- Coordinate annual audits with external auditors.
- Provide necessary documentation and support for audit processes. Implement audit recommendations to enhance internal controls.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial management software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead by example.
