**Job responsibilities**
- As a member of the team in our fast growing Payments business you will support the execution of client mandates for Structured Solutions with key focus on managing of Export Agency Finance, Sales Finance & Inventory Finance deals in APAC
- With a deal execution approach, manage the Export Agency Finance, Sales Finance & Inventory Finance onboarding, legal contracts and related negotiation and execution
- Manage the system connectivity, testing and client set-up etc. in coordination with J.P. Morgan internal teams. This encompasses coordination with Trade Sales, Credit, Trade Risk, Trade Operations, Transactors and Technology, ensuring all implementation tasks and activities are completed on schedule
- Provide innovative solutions to meet client needs and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders in regional/global Structured Solutions team to ensure coordinated approach to regional and global programs
- Prepare and publish periodic reports and presentations
- Contribute to initiatives on system and process enhancement and change management projects

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant Trade Finance experience
- Strong desire to learn all aspects of structured solutions products
- Excellent articulation skills to convey complex concepts clearly to varied audiences
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently to deliver in a timely and accurate manner, strong attention to detail
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across various groups & regions
- Technological orientation with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with exposure to digital channels and electronic Banking platforms

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill**
- Experience in handling Export Agency Finance product will be strongly preferred
