Venture Development Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our Singapore team as Venture Development Manager, working directly with our Founders to develop new revenue streams, business areas and market opportunities.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

As our Venture Development Manager at Parcel Perform, your key responsibilities will be to:

- Drive venture development for Parcel Perform, with a focus on revenue growth initiatives as new markets, strategies, products, or partnerships etc.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities, conduct customer development and market research, build financial models and execution plans to accelerate our company growth.
- Drive important projects for the business, build concepts, operational processes and product roadmap, identify resources and capabilities required outside of core functions in the business.
- Work closely with Founders to develop and define key performance indicators, success metrics, milestones and budget for key projects.
- Build relationships with the senior management team, investors and liaise directly with all functions (Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing etc) across Parcel Perform to ensure successful roll-out of new projects.

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- A Bachelor or Master degree from a top tier university, an MBA will be a plus.
- You have at least 2-3 years of professional work experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital and/or start up companies.
- You have strong business acumen and are excited by opportunities to tackle complex business situations and problem solving.
- You have strong data analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven work approach.
- You have a self-starting attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiatives.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are a problem solver and able to solve ambiguous problems in a structured and logical way.
- You are passionate about data-driven, machine learning, ecommerce or logistic topics and keen to work in a fast-growth work environment.
