**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in consolidating and integrating cloud platforms to establish a unified and efficient regional cloud environment.
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions that seamlessly connect Operational Companies (OPCOs) with regional and global systems.
- Support the deployment of SD-WAN and other key regional infrastructure initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global, Regional, and Country IT teams to implement and enhance IT security measures.
- Oversee automation of patch management (using ManageEngine) and manage security solutions such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zscaler, Rapid7 (Vulnerability Management), and Trend Micro EDR.
- Support security initiatives led by the Global Security Audit (GSA) team to strengthen the region’s overall cybersecurity framework.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and security at a regional level.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and security technologies.
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure management and IT security best practices.
- Proven expertise in managing regional cloud environments, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and vendor management skills.
