**Roles & Responsibilities**

Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager’s thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure team meets all SLA’s and team objectives
- Design & implement policies within the CITRIX environment
- Provide permanent fixes to problems related to Citrix estate
- Maintain Citrix Datastore, license servers, and Zone Data Collectors
- Troubleshoot issues and lead conference calls with other groups to mitigate impacts
- Printers Management in Citrix
- Configure Citrix Patch Management and policies
- Perform Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation
- Windows Active Directory Administration
- Configure and optimize resource managers to generate alerts
- Experience in managing Citrix farm on VMware will be added advantage
- Articulate technical content to address business problems
- A good Team Player with Strong verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
