We’re in search of a Cashier who can handle customer transactions with precision and speed. The role of the Cashier involves processing payments, providing receipts, wrapping packages, and maintaining accurate records of all monetary and card transactions. To excel in this position, you should possess a background in customer service and be familiar with the workings of cash registers. You Might need to work in alternative shift if required. In essence, your role is to guarantee that all transactions are conducted seamlessly, contributing to our goal of achieving the highest level of customer contentment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Bag, box or wrap packages
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience is preferred as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- High school degree

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,800.00 per month
