- Facilitate induction, supervise and support for nurses by delivering an appropriate induction and Continuing Nursing Education program
- Perform clinical supervision and regular assessment of nurses' competencies
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education
- Design curriculum, incorporating active and creative learning methods, evaluation and innovation in nursing education
Must be willing to commit to 2 shifts + carry out coordinating duties
Need to perform clinical roles when required at the ground
