Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working in Adobe’s range of Creative Cloud products including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
- A portfolio highlighting excellence and flexibility of design work, and responding to a variety of briefs.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working on creative and innovative social media campaigns.
- Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Ability to solicit feedback and incorporate it quickly while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional project management and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**About the job**:
As a member of the Global Communications and Public Affairs team, you’ll create creative multimedia content which will be shared through new and existing channels inside and outside of Google.

In this role, you'll be a creative thinker and bring ideas to life through visual design, engaging graphics, short-form content, videos, and content built for social. You’ll work with members of Google’s Asia Pacific Communications team and key partners to support regional and local communication goals. You’ll harness the Google voice, bring narratives to life, and engage a variety of different audiences in fun and meaningful ways.

It's our job to help inform and educate users, advertisers, partners, opinion leaders-and our own employees-about the benefits of Google's products, our distinctive company culture/values, and our approach to the big public policy issues of the day. To succeed here, you'll combine creativity with organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously, as well as enjoy pitching to journalists, bloggers and commentators, or producing internal communications and events for our employees. Things happen quickly at Google and to get stuff done here you need to be an enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally and isn't hesitant to take risks or try new things.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design beautiful presentations, visuals, motion graphics, short videos, and websites to help tell stories through a variety of different channels.
- Collaborate with a diverse and distributed group of teammates across multiple locations and time-zones.
- Display creativity, cultural awareness, and excellent communications judgment as you advise on multimedia strategies to support communications objectives.
- Manage agency relationships to execute on large multimedia projects as needed.
