Summary

We are searching for a meticulous & motivated individual for the position of Specialist, Rostering You will be part of the Flight Operations Rostering team and will be the key personnel in planning and monitoring of Flight Crew Training Requirements.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor validity of crew's training and plan monthly training roster
- Coordinate with service provider (e.g. Boeing, STC, etc) and instructors to ensure necessary training can be completed
- Ensure crew's training are planned in accordance to company policy and ANR
- Ensure all the training related costs/invoices are processed or accrued

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines or Diploma holders in aviation related disciplines with relevant years of work experience in similar capacities will also be considered.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience, background in airlines business is advantageous.
- Able to work in a pressured environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimum supervision.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn and operate complex aviation scheduling software.
- Familiar with AIMS or other Airline Operating System will be advantageous.
- Experience in aviation rostering/training planning will be advantageous.
- Knowledge in aviation related roles with exposure to ANR rules will be advantageous.
- This is a 7 months contract role
