**About Us**
We are a growing group of F&B concepts ranging from modern restaurants and cocktail bars to nostalgic cafés and lifestyle tea houses. To support our rapid expansion, we are seeking a **Talent Acquisition Executive**with proven experience in **F&B recruitment**to help us find, attract, and retain the right people across our outlets.

**Role Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Sourcing**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for F&B positions (Service Crew, Baristas, Chefs, Supervisors, Store Managers, etc.).
- Maintain and grow a talent pipeline tailored to F&B roles.

**Screening & Selection**
- Review resumes and conduct interviews with a focus on F&B skills, service attitude, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate trial shifts and skills assessments with outlet managers.

**Employer Branding**
- Represent the company at job fairs and industry networking events.
- Build our reputation as an employer of choice in the F&B sector.

**Onboarding & Support**
- Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and MOM/CPF compliance.
- Support outlet managers in probation evaluations and retention strategies.
- Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, attrition).

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of proven experience in F&B recruitment**(agency or in-house).
- Good understanding of manpower challenges unique to restaurants, cafés, and bars.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.
