**Executive Assistant - Human Resource & General Admin**

**1 Year Contract
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- End-to-end Recruitment & Selection on employee's hiring including job postings on various platforms, coordination with the recruitment agencies on profiles, and interview arrangement process.
- Understand the recruitment needs of the required vacant position and work closely with managers to fill the position within the time frame specified.
- Handles salary benchmarking, job offers, reference checks, prepare contracts and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Handles and administer on-boarding process such as orientation, cards registration etc.
- Handles the organization’s employee database, prepare reports and surveys.
- Assist with all internal and external HR and General Admin related matters.
- Ad hoc duties such as townhall coordination and company staff functions.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role or at least 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills which includes the ability to use vlookup, to automate large volumes of data, use pivot table, graphs and tables etc.
- Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight timeline in fast paced working environment.
- Organize and structure record-keeping skills and meticulous attention to detail.
