Downtown Core, Singapore Moon Rooftop Bar and Lounge Pte Ltd Full time

Moon Rooftop Bar and Lounge has been around for more than 1 year. It has sucessfully completed more than hundred of private and corporate events. We are seeking to hire a full time Events Manger. The job description are as follows:

- Receiving, handling, and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries.
- Presenting and selling available and suitable event options to the highest possible standard.
- Negotiate space, dates, and rates to obtain booking goal while focusing on shoulder and off-season business.
- Contact Meeting Planner by mail, telephone, customer outings and conduct onsite introduction and inspections where necessary.
- Ensure the complete planning, administration, and execution of all planned events.
- Driving end-to-end planning and execution of key events hosted by Moon, from defining event scope, to identifying and interacting with stakeholders (e.g., Directors, bar and kitchen crew) to arrange logistics and event day operations.
- Prepare sales presentations, quotations and invoices ensuring adherence to law, established company guidelines.
- Be present during event days to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new and ad hoc business minimizing the impact of low activity periods.
- Assist in development and solicitation of event package plans and aimed at conference business and encourage repeat business.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Follow up on events feedback and after-sales support.
- Actively manage business bookings, record denials, make network referrals.
- Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and inquiry handling.
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
- Each month review the next 6 months availability to highlight high or low demand dates and take steps to minimize the risk of any shortfall or overbooking.
- Conduct research to identify new B2B markets, prospects, and partnerships and helping the hotel to identify new avenues of business and bring in more banquet events to Moon.
- Maintaining an ecosystem events calendar
- Support B2B marketing to generate new event leads as required.
- Other duties and tasks assigned by the management within the job scope.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,700.00 per month
