**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Host on-site tours for potential clients and walk them through the event experience
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing event organisers and key corporate partners
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to grow the events pipeline
- Collaborate with the operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Create and update proposals, contracts, and booking documentation with accuracy
- Manage event calendars and ensure all booking details are clearly communicated to internal teams
- Contribute to the planning and marketing of promotional events or seasonal activations
- Collect feedback post-event and suggest improvements for future experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to keep our offerings fresh and relevant

**Who You Are**
- 1-2 years of experience in event management or a related role (Fresh university graduates will be considered)
- Highly **organised** with a keen **attention to detail**:

- **Self-driven** and motivated by results, with a proactive attitude
- A naturally **outgoing** personality and strong communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to last-minute changes
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or other customer-facing industries is a plus

**Compensation & Perks**
- **Base Salary**: S$2,500 - S$3,000/month (commensurate with experience)
- **Performance-Based Commission** on event sales
