**Executive Assistant to Managing Director
**About Yojee**

Yojee Limited (ASX: YOJ), is a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) logistics platform that facilitates the flow of freight movements into a single ecosystem, making the complex process of managing land transport simple and accessible to all players whilst reducing carbon emissions for a greener planet.

**About the role**

This role is responsible for supporting the Managing Director in all aspects of coordination, administration, reporting and planning. This is a pivotal position during a time of incredible growth and scale for the organisation.

The Managing Director and Executive team rely heavily upon the skills of the person in this role and their ability to get to know the business inside and out, allowing them to have ‘real’ impact on daily outcomes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic administrative and project management support for the Managing Director.
- Handle highly confidential information appropriately while operating in a certain degree of ambiguity.
- Support ASX Listing responsibilities such as reporting timelines, investor calls, communicating with major shareholders and managing risk and disclosure obligations.
- Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. May prepare presentation materials for board of director meetings.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task, intuitive gatekeeper regarding calendar management
- Proven ability to independently exercise sound judgment and take initiative to anticipate MD’s needs.
- Must have a “can-do” attitude that focuses on getting the job done and problem-solving as necessary.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
- Capable of building strong relationships with other individuals and across business units to accomplish tasks and achieve goals.
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; very high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and confidently interface with executive-level contacts inside and outside the company.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years relevant work experience supporting at Group Executive/CEO level
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong personal values, i.e., personal integrity and acting in good faith.
- Able to exercise good judgment and be a collaborative team player.
- Must be agile and flexible with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- A professional certification or equivalent experience in working with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries.
