Singapore Game Operations Experienced (Individual Contributor)

**Job Description**:
1. Plan and execute strategies to optimize revenue, including in-game sales, promotions, and pricing strategies for India market

2. Track, analyze, and regularly report key revenue metrics such as pay user penetration rate, average revenue per user (ARPU), and conversion rates

3. Forecast, manage, and drive revenue performance to meet business targets

4. Manage in-game store operations, including content updates and promotions

5. Ideate and execute new revenue events to improve revenue metrics

6. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to execute revenue plans effectively

7. Gather comprehensive local user feedback and develop a strong understanding of local users

8. Effectively engage with local player communities in India to understand their preferences, feedback, and gaming behaviors to form a deeper cultural understanding and enhance user engagement in the Indian gaming market

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in revenue forecasting and management or equivalent, preferably from the gaming industry

3. Strong numerical and analytical skills to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights to build revenue strategies

4. Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple revenue-related projects effectively

6. Fluent in one of the local languages in India, preferably Hindi, to effectively engage with local players

7. Passionate about games with a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem

8. Willing to relocate to India for a long-term assignment in the future
