
Sales Engineer

**Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential customers in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and other industries requiring
CNC machining.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
**Customer Engagement and Support**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical advice and support.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations.
**Technical Expertise**:
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical queries and issues.
- Provide technical training and support to customers and sales teams.
- **Project Management**:
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to final delivery and installation.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a
related field.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the CNC precision machinery backgroud
- Technical background with hands-on experience in CNC machining or related fields is highly desirable.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear
and concise manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license.
