Job Description
- Coordinating and monitoring of Building Maintenance
- Management of suppliers and contractors
- To assists in consolidation of stationery purchase
- Admin support to safety matters
- Assist HR on New Hire onboarding items such as access cards, and maintenance of list of record.
- Assist Internal audits, License related matters such as BCA, EMA, Bizsafe, Fire certificate & Vehicles
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years experience in adminstrative task
- At least ITE/Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Able to speak english
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Performance bonus
