- Collaborate with Suppliers: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source quality TCM products, spa equipment, and training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that training programs and spa services comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices in TCM and spa industry.
- Track Training Effectiveness: Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and make recommendations for program improvement.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, performance assessments, and certifications, generating reports as needed for management review.
